    Whey protein concentrate (WPC) is one of the most popular and cost-effective forms of whey protein available today. Known for its excellent amino acid profile, digestibility, and budget-friendly price, WPC has been a staple in bodybuilding and fitness nutrition for decades. Despite newer, more processed forms of whey protein hitting the market, many athletes and everyday gym-goers still prefer WPC for its balance of quality and value.
