Funny video: Cat accidentally taking protein powder!

When cats mistakenly consume protein powder this is what happens! Hope you’ll enjoy this funny video.

That last cat was too stunned even to meow when she saw a cat that looked like it had swallowed a whole pit bull. Anyway, the cat doing crunches is the cutest thing we have seen in a while.

Here are a few jokes on this subject:

    • Friend: Does your cat scratch you?
    • Owner of this cat: No, he beats me up!

Now, let’s be serious for a moment. What would happen if you actually shared your protein powder with your cat? Is this safe for your cat? Well, it all depends. Plant-based or vegan protein powders such as soy, pea, hemp, and wheat do not contain the proper balance of amino acids for felines. On the other hand, whey protein is, in fact, perfect for cats as it contains high protein and various essential amino acids. The other ingredients added to human whey supplements like flavorings, artificial sweeteners like xylitol, and preservatives aren’t healthy for cats.

And finally one interesting fact. Did you know that certain cats can suffer from Myostatin-related muscle hypertrophy – a rare condition that causes muscles to grow excessively large?
